Personality:

In life, Eikichi "Michel" Mishina wants to take the center stage.
At first glance he seems self-centered, narcissistic and concentrated on wanting to leave his mark on the world. Eikichi, or as he likes to call himself by his band stage name, Michel (remember the name well, babe), is someone that wants to be heard. He is not just someone to pass by on the street, no no, he is meant to be seen, and he will do this with utter flamboyancy worthy of a true diva. Most of his speeches aimed to pacify demons are about how great he is, and how it's sin that he's too pretty to live. While most are content to walk amongst others and be avoided, Eikichi WANTS the eyes turned towards him. He doesn't wear just the normal school outfit, but colors his hair a bright blue to attract attention, and presents himself with visual kei influence, including heavy black makeup and painted nails, and white foundation over his face. You can't help but stop and stare and he'll be happy to turn around so you can get the best of his profile.
He's a visionary and passionate in all he does, both good and bad. True to his zodiac, the Scorpio, he can be thick headed and driven to accomplish his goals, no matter how hard or impossible the challenge might be. There are two very strong examples of this, first his dream of starting his own band, Gas Chamber, with himself as the singer. You know, despite the fact he is a terrible singer, but hey he's made an armband which he wears proudly. But no worries, he'll figure it all out and they'll become world-famous soon enough! No one can tell him otherwise. He also completely changed his appearance, going from chubby shy stuttering guy to the teenager he is today because he fell in love with a girl when he was young who said she hated who he was back then. That physical and mental transformation takes a special kind of dedication that's not present in many people.
He's imposing. Standing at 6'1" which is tall for a typical sixteen year old Japanese teenager (the tallest Persona user so far in the series), and is still growing. He's done his share of hand fighting, although Lisa, another teammate, easily beats him in that department all the times they butt heads. Many will find themselves intimidated by him - it is even a demon contract option where he tries to take control by calling them 'biatches' and if they 'think demons are the shit' they have another thing coming. The strength of the Scorpio-born is in their determination, passion and motivation and Eikichi is, for the most part, all of this. He is the head Boss; usually, his word goes when he gives it.
And yet, don't let appearances deceive you into thinking he's just that! Like the rest of his teammates, Eikichi's center is surprisingly much more delicate than he lets on, and in all those layers of egotism beats the timid heart of a young, caring child. Sure he might be the (ex)Boss of his school, but he helped the students pursue their dreams and took care of them like his own brothers. He didn't tolerate bullying on anyone. He has three friends that are his "bros" that he is very close to and they have a code of conduct at how things should be run. Once he remembers Lisa, Jun, Tatsuya and Maya, his caring for his old friends is reborn anew. Due to his history, there will always be a part of him still remains that shy, fat uncertain kid that Michel desperately tried to bury down to become the man that his crush, Miyabi, would like. After facing the final insult of having his pants down before Miyabi and she (due to peer pressure) telling Eikichi she didn't like fat guys...well instead of becoming utterly depressed, decided instead to become a man worthy of her.
Unfortunately he lost himself along the way, and for all the caring, show-off and inflated head, his self-esteem was surprisingly low. However, Eikichi has thankfully gotten much better at genuinely changing for the better, a merging personality parts of both his 'old' self and the newer, thinner him. Of course, old habits die hard no matter what, and he can still be a pain to others...and an idiot. He seems to run into bad luck many times, or just purposefully cause it.
Say what you will about him, but Eikichi also has excellent micromanaging skills - he was able to keep an entire school in check with a combination of his Persona, his charisma and his ability to lead crowds. Even the school's Student President could not pull that off. He implemented a system where teasing was not tolerated and helped a lot of the students find their own courage. Granted, he was starting to stray from this path when Tatsuya and the others got to him - so warped in his ideology that Eikichi was turning into the very type of guy that had teased him as a kid. Thankfully, this was cut short when rumors said someone else was more powerful than him, and after facing his foe and giving him a good whooping, he realized what he'd been doing.
His greatest fear is his father and he hides from him his 'bad boy' tenancies - his old man doesn't even know that his son goes to school putting on makeup, dyes his hair blue and makes modification to his outfit every day. If you see Eikichi at his father's restaurant, you will find someone passive, quiet and dressed traditionally - a complete turnaround from his school image. Thankfully, events allowed him to overcome that obstacle and Eikichi 2.0 'I beat my dad's golden statue' emerged...he thinks.
As Philimon once said, 'we all wear masks' and Michel just happens to be an excellent visual example of this fact. His Arcana is Death, a symbol of rebirth and change, and that is what he did from his childhood to who he is now. Yet once you are marked as a friend, he will stick by you. Eikichi has a big heart and he wants everyone to succeed. When the situation seems dire, he, along with Maya, tend to be the ones who jump-start and motive the group. Just don't push him around too much. He will grumble at times and act diva-ish, sure, but does do what others ask of him. He tends to get the short end of the luck stick with his friends, forced to eat banana dishes to get weapons or causes the situation himself when he peered into the laser holes. One of his secrets wants is still, despite all these years, to get everyone around for a drawing circle. His love for Miyabi hasn't changed one bit either. He really does love her unconditionally, and it is the root of why he changed in the first place.
And yet nothing will be able to stop him from saying he is god's gift to the world. Perhaps his positivity, even if it is sometimes comically misplaced, is his greatest asset after all.
Camp Information
Parent: Hades.
When he was the Boss of Kasugayama High School, Eikichi ruled over it much like his father does in the Underworld: By the rules, just, fair, but also with harsh penalties should someone step out of line. He called it His school and was nicknamed the Death Boss as he punished anyone that disobeyed or stepped out of line with his persona (with he called Deathbringer, thinking it was a shingami before knowing better), and even his best friends didn't get special privileges. At one point, he mentions he tolerated no smoking (keep in mind that Kasugayama High is an all-boys delinquent school), and even his friends had to obey this rule.
He tries to lead by example, and like Hades, is a hard worker who hates when others try to find an easier solution (basically, he takes his duties seriously). He goes to school, puts on all his makeup and colors his hair, comes back from school, works in a "live house" (a sort of music house) after school, then returns home, removes all his makeup at the train's bathroom before doing so, and then works with father in the sushi shop. He also had the canon power to be able to tell when people lie, a bit much like you can't hide anything from the ruler and judge of the underworld.
But much like Hades, he's got his own grudges, when Lisa calls him Undie Boss at the beginning of the game (due to the fact she heard he pulls people's pants down when getting into fights), he brings out his Persona knowing full well it would harm them because she dared to call him something that gave him bad memories and he loathed being called. He let his anger get to him, and it had dire results. Not to mention it was a reminder of his own past grudges; part of the reason Eikichi was doing that at all was because he had gotten his own pants pulled down as a child by bullies and was trying to both get revenge and make sure others didn't have to suffer what he did (and again, he lost his way doing so until he was brought down to earth again, so to speak).
When he's angered, he knows how to make himself listened to, despite rumors that make him less powerful than someone else.
With Tatsuya, Eikcihi has a (mostly) healthy rivalry since they are the two popular boys of their respective schools. With Lisa, the punches fly when they disagree ( much like an old couple as it's pointed out to them). When Lisa calls him Undie Boss again a bit later, he nicknames her Ginko and the game literally renames her due to this (status screen, battle screen, talking parts, etc.) It's a rather ruthless move on his part, but despite this later on he does try to cheer her up when she's down. He's trying to get better.
And while he does do so as game goes on, the best way to awaken Eikichi's grudge and anger is to harm his friends, Maya or Miyabi. You hurt them, he will remember you a long time and will make sure you pay for what you did. He's got some smarts and cunning about him as well; since the rumor was that Leader was stronger than Boss, he quits. Eikichi was much stronger than Hiroki, and it was a way to bypass the rumor that had come true with a bit of ingenuity. And returning to his fairness, he even tells the other that he'll consider their grudge over since Hiroki beat up Eikichi much like he had done with him years ago (again, proving that he's fair and willing to stop). He recognizes that for all his good sides and intentions, he was also having his own darker problems. It's an attempt to overcome his faults and realizing he has them, but harm his friends and you will unleash his full fury.
One final thing! (seriously sorry for rambling so much). Eikichi's love for Miyabi mimics a bit that of Hades with Persephone in that it was love at first sight. He couldn't have someone else, even when she told him she didn't like fat guys his reaction was to change himself. He didn't love her for her appearance, but rather kind heart, showing his much softer side.
...But seriously, harm Miyabi and you're basically dead.

Third Person/Log Sample:
The only things Eikichi knew about New York, he had read in various movies.
The only things Eikichi knew about the Olympus Gods, he had known from Jun and Saint Seiya.
This was already off to a wonderful start.
He had always hated the idea of summer camps even if he had never gone to them; there was too many activities involving sweating and hard manual labor. Just five days in and he felt that his perfect hair was getting ruined with the training, his makeup somehow cascading from down his face (this might have been an exaggeration on his part). One would think he would have worried more about the dryads in the lake or the Centaur that greeted them, but no, he'd seen his share of demons in Sumaru city. Nothing was more important than keeping his appearance in top shape! But there was no way he could do that with all the work they were putting them through...
At least he wasn't being forced to make sushi every night and work long hours, as much as he did start to miss his old man. But what did that, he wondered, make his other father, now that he had been claimed by a god? His ambassador? Did that mean the man he had been afraid his entire life was not related to him (but everyone said they looked alike) and...wait did that mean Hades had been...with his mom...
...okay he really needed to focus on thinking about something else.
Even with the still-fresh memories of what had happened after defeating Nyarlathotep; Maya's death, the end of his world and the preparation to create a new one, and having to give up the memories of all his friends, he had no regrets of letting go for the sake of one woman and the world. The fact that it had turned out he had been the son of Hades all along, ripped just as he was about to literally rewrite history added a cruel twist of irony to the entire thing. What had his sending to Sumaru accomplished, really? Had he been sent to that other world simply so that Hades could collect a massive due from all those deaths? No one wanted to give him answers, and it just frustrated him further.
Yet Eikichi knew he couldn't just give up, despite these new revelations. As much as he wanted to, he was someone who would stand up after being beaten, ready to dish out as much. It was only a matter of showing them just who Michel was, and win their hearts (and this while not getting his hair ruined). The tenacity despite all...or perhaps it was just his pigheadedness and refusal to give up. As much as he wanted to return and start over, this was where he needed to be now.
Just a new challenge for Eikichi Mishina. He could do this.
But he really needed a shower.
And he also just secretly hoped that all his friends and Miyabi were safe...or even better, that he'd see them soon. He wasn't sure if he should believe it again, but hope was a powerful thing, after all...
