As for escaping... I wouldn't be surprised. Haru and Makoto are some of the smartest people I know. If anyone figured a way out, it would be them.

but throwing a dude is really easy once you figure out how to use their weight against them. have you ever seen phoenix ranger featherman? might be too retro in the future or uncool but there's a sentai called yellow owl who would do it with one hand and i sorta copied how they do it in the show
