Huh. I'm the only one who could go to the Velvet Room, or switch Personas. But I couldn't use theirs or anything like that. They also changed as they got stronger, somehow, but it was still just one at a time.
I don't think I ever found a specific persona harder to use, though. They all felt like me.
The Velvet Room thing might be why. Any of us could visit it, so any one of us could switch Personas. If your other teammates couldn't go to it, then that might be why they couldn't switch.
Sounds like it works a little different for you beyond that, though.
