❤ CROSS CR FRIENDSHIP BLIND DATES❣

Hello all! It's been over a year, and you know what this means...BLIND DATES! Well sort of. It's Friendship Dates, where friendship and new CR will bloom! A more wintery theme with hot chocolate, cookies and meeting others for fun and exciting new CR purposes!

The IC date for this event is NOVEMBER 15TH (coincidentally, Eikichi's canon birthday)

❤ THE IN-GAME SETUP

IC, Eikichi has a lost a lot of friends recently and that's made him sad, but grateful since he got to meet them. He's also suggested such an idea before during one of the council meetings. In the endm it is a setup for Eikichi to help the 'Visitors' know each other a little more. He's had great experience with the spa and the friends he made before his 'world' friends showed up - he wants to extend that to others and hopefully create lasting friendships.

He'll be posting a network post announcing his intentions. There will be a box left at the spa's entrance that characters will be able to submit names to. This time it's a little hard to leave the names of others - after last year's fiasco he is making sure people say yes before the event happens - however this time there's no date persay - it will clearly be explained as a way to meet people from other words and just talk and meet friends. If the two characters involved want it to turn into a date, then by all means, that's up to you, but it's not the goal of this log.

On the day of the event, Eikichi will send out invitations, along with a picnic table number that he'll set up close to the spa. He'll have NPC helpers from the spa along with some of his workers aiding him. There will be some hot chocolate and coffee passed around and small food baskets containing questions will be provided, if the people involved aren't sure how to start conversations (since they are written by Eikichi they will be uh...interesting).

I'm sure it will go well and nothing bad will happen for anyone! This time for real real.

What happens after the initial setup is entirely up to you! Eikichi's goal this time isn't just helping the Arehtei, but making sure that the people who arrive have stronger bonds despite not coming from the same places.

❤ WHAT WILL HAPPEN (OOC)

The event is for players to gain new CR. Note that for this event, cross canon CR is the main goal, so the 'dates' will never end up be with fellow cast members.

The signup is 100% randomized!
For randomization, I still want players to still get something meaningful and fun for them. You'll be able to input what type of character you want to be paired up with. Say, for example, that your character would get into a fight with a character from another canon or you already have some negative CR, MENTION THIS TO US! You'll also be able to tell me if you want to AVOID certain characters, for example, if you know interacting with character X would end up in a battle/they already hate each other/it would be a bad time for you as a player, let me know! Additionally, if you have any other issues regarding situations that can't be mentioned (we can't all 100% get along, so if you absolutely need to avoid a player, for example), please make sure to send me a PM to let me know.

All comments will be screened to keep up the surprise of who signed up, but you will be free to talk about it on plurk or discord if you like! The mystery will be kept until the second arrival to the date so please look forward to it!

❤ SIGN UPS LIMITS

You can sign up all of your characters, and mix and match if you want to do randomized or setups, and the cutoff day will be NOVEMBER 13TH 11:59PM EST.

Note that if we hit an uneven number in a category, I'll set up a few tables of three. If that happens to your group, you'll be warned.
